Strengthening Supply Chain Management of Drugs, Equipment, and Commodities till SHC-HWC Level

Comprehensive Data Collection and Analysis Across Public and Private Sectors

The study aimed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the public health supply chain across six districts by deploying District Supply Chain Coordinators (DSCCs). The key objectives include improving data collection and analysis related to supply chain management, including stock requirements, stock-outs, and wastage. It also aims to ensure timely delivery of commodities to 150 SHC-HWCs, streamline feedback collection from health centers, and maintain comprehensive records of supply chain operations through effective management of transportation and reporting systems.
