The study aims to support the implementation of the National Digital Health Mission (NDHM) by planning and executing field activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, and providing comprehensive oversight and reporting.
Field Coordination: Deploy 5 field coordinators per region (N-E-W-S) on a full-time basis to support the project’s field activities.
Effort Management: Undertake 1620 field days annually, as required by NDHM, to ensure comprehensive coverage and engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with State Digital Health Missions to understand agendas and monthly plans.
