The study aimed to enhance the effectiveness of YUVAA Couples in Bihar and Maharashtra through comprehensive training and logistical support. It focused on recruiting and deploying district trainers, managing the logistics for training 1200 YUVAA Couples over multiple sessions, and providing refresher training for field staff. Additionally, the study included administering travel and accommodation allowances and offering continuous support to ensure successful program implementation and adaptability to client needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Sample Size: 1,200
Recruitment & Deployment: Recruited and deployed District Trainers for selected districts in Bihar (Nalanda, Patna, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Vaishali) and Maharashtra (Satara, Ahmednagar, Solapur, Kolhapur, Sangli) as per the client contract, up to May 2022.
Training Logistics: Organized and managed logistics for District Training of 1200 YUVAA Couples, including venue arrangements, projectors, whiteboards, food, AV aids, training kits, toffees, stationeries, and printouts for 6-day sessions with batches of 30 participants.
Refresher Training: Conducted 2-day refresher training for 1200 YCs and DL field-based staff, 6 months post-main training, in batches of approximately 30 participants.
TA/DA Management: Provided travel and accommodation allowances (TA/DA) to all participants for face-to-face training as per the agreed amount in the client contract.
Ongoing Support: Offered continuous training support and assistance as required by the client or IQVIA throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Management: Managed the project through June 2022, conducting various rounds of training as required by the client.
